UFC 194: Aldo vs McGregor / Weidman vs Rockhold Preview

The night will see reigning featherweight champion Jose ‘Junior’ Aldo and interim champion of the division, Conor ‘The Notorious’ McGregor, finally lock heads inside the octagon to decide who will take home the belt and show the world whether it will be trash-talk or silence that prevails.

Aldo was initially scheduled to defend his belt against Ireland’s McGregor at UFC 189, but the Brazilian dropped out of the main card due to an injury, forcing his opponent to take on last minute call-up Chad Mendes for the Interim Champion’s title. Having taken out Mendes with a TKO, McGregor had set the stage for tomorrow’s long awaited fight with Aldo.

Aside from the main event, UFC 194 will host a second unmissable title bout between undefeated middleweight champion Chris Weidman and one of his toughest challengers to date – Luke Rockhold.
